Use the program obtained from www.no-ip.com
- Sign in or create account and then sign in
- Download the No-IP Windows Dynamic Update Client from the Downloads tab
- Once logged in, mouse over your login name in the top right and click Manage Hosts
- Click Add Host to start creating a new DNS record
- Fill in the information for Hostname, ensure the IP Address and other information is correct and click Create Host
